Hi, I’m Zayan.

A hands-on digital marketer from Dhaka. I help ambitious brands grow with paid ads, SEO and honest analytics — and I do the work myself.

I have spent nine years helping brands turn marketing budgets into revenue — first in-house, then running a performance team at an agency, and since 2022 on my own.

Going independent was simple: I wanted to do the work myself again. No account managers between me and the client, no juniors learning on your budget, no 40-slide decks. Just the ads, the numbers and an honest conversation every week.

What I believe

Revenue beats reach. Every campaign starts with the number that pays the bills.
Tracking first. If the data is wrong, every decision after it is wrong too.
Creative is the new targeting. The best ad accounts test new ideas every single week.
Small and senior. I keep my client list short so I can know every number in every account.

Outside work

You will find me at a Dhaka meetup talking about attribution, on a long weekend ride on my bicycle or testing yet another pour-over recipe. I also mentor two young marketers every year — the best way I know to keep learning.
